Refund & Returns Policy – DV Diving Store

At DV Diving Store, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If something goes wrong, please refer to our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Period
Our return and refund period is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial Refunds

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
